For Students
Explore Your Future—One Step at a Time
At the Partnership for Career Development (PCD), we connect your school with real-world career opportunities and partners that can help you explore your future—but we don’t sign up students directly through this site.
If you’re a student in a PCD participating school, talk to your school counselor, career coordinator, or transition coordinator to learn how to get involved in PCD programs and events.
🔹 What You Can Access Through Your School
Your school receives the PCD CAP Guide—our full directory of opportunities, programs, and experiences for students. These may include:
✔️ Career Panels
✔️ Job Shadowing
✔️ Field Trips to Employer Sites
✔️ Career Events like Create, Make, and Take
✔️ Student Showcase Luncheon
✔️ Scholarship Opportunities through the Allen D. Quirk Foundation
Your school will keep you updated through counselor visits, newsletters, and announcements. Be sure to check with your school's career team to explore what’s available.
Remember
Career awareness starts now—and the more you explore, the better decisions you'll make later. Whether you're attending a PCD program through your school or diving into an online resource, you're taking meaningful steps toward your future.
