The Partnership for Career Development (PCD) works directly with school districts and educational leaders across South Central PA to deliver high-impact, authentic, relevant, and quality Career Awareness & Preparation (CAP) programming. As a participating school, your staff and students gain access to tools, events, and relationships that build workforce knowledge and readiness from middle school through high school.
