- What: An inspiring capstone event featuring student Career Awareness & Preparation (CAP) experiences from across South Central PA!
You’ll hear from students firsthand about their career exploration experiences and learn why Career Recognition and Preparation (CAP) is essential BEFORE high school graduation during this one-of-a-kind luncheon. The event features student led interactive table displays and students’compelling podiumspeaking presentations. From PCD's Career Connections events to work-based learning and preapprenticeships, students share real-world experiences that showcase the impact of CAP initiatives.
